2 oz skimmed milk

1/8 tsp red-pepper flakes
3 oz Parmesan, grated (3/4 c.)
2 tbsp Olive oil
3/4 cup basil, fresh packed and chopped
1 lb spinach noodles
A bowl of dried chopped tomatoes
Directions: Firstly you should pour boiling water in bowl with the sun dried tomatoes covering them and leave for 10min. After this you need to drain the tomatoes. In a blender container, you will combine the milk, cottage cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, red-pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese and process until smooth. Leave the blender running and slowly add the olive oil until well-blended. Pour the sauce into a heavy saucepan and warm over low heat; do not boil. Drain the cooked hot pasta and put into a bowl. Pour the sauce over, add the drained tomatoes as well as the basil and toss.
3. The simplest fruit punch. Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups cranberry juice
2 cups water

4. Breakfast hash browns. You will need:
1 lb potatoes, peeled and grated
1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
Combine the potatoes, red bell pepper, onion, salt and black pepper. Mix all this well. Spray a pan with oil and heat. Scoop 1/4 cup of the potato mixture into the pan and cook for about 10 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Flip the hash brown and cook the other side for 8 to 10 minutes or until it is also golden brown. Repeat until all the hash browns are used. Enjoy!
5. Waldorf salad. You will need:
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
1 cup of chopped apple
4 Dates
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp dry white wine
Place celery, grapes, apple, dates, and walnuts into a bowl. Blend mayonnaise with wine; pour into bowl. Stir to blend with celery, fruit and walnuts. Use slotted serving spoon to serve. For greater effect you can out in the bowl at the beginning the lettuce leaves.
